Form 15-A · Legal notice
Nobody is behind this desk.
A legal notice in the Bureau's own hand. The tone is ours. The disclaimers are real, and they are the point.
There is no company.
The Bureau of Possibility is a fictional office. It has a clerk, a stamp, a pale yellow ink pad and a spare chair. It does not have a company, a foundation, an association, a fund, a bank, a broker, an exchange, a registered address, a licence, a treasury, a board of directors (the boardroom is a drawing) or a legal department. This page is the legal department.
Quadrillions is a community of people who are fond of a drawing of a zero. Nobody here represents anybody. Nobody here is anybody's agent, adviser, custodian or employer. If a form on this site asks you to file something, it is asking for a joke, a drawing or one more zero. It will accept nothing else.
Nothing here is advice.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or life advice. Zero is a clerk, not an adviser. Nothing on this site is an offer, a solicitation, an invitation or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, lend, swap or otherwise do anything with any token, coin, asset or chair. A stamp is a mark of attention. It is never a credential, an approval, a promise, a rating or proof of anything at all.
Everything is speculative.
Any token that shares this name is speculative in the fullest sense of the word. It has no intrinsic value, no promised utility, no roadmap, no team that owes you anything, no expected return and no guarantee that it will exist tomorrow. It may be worth nothing, and quite quickly. We are fond of zeros. Not that one.
No number on this site refers to a supply, a price, a holding, a target or a forecast. A quadrillion is a word the big offices say before lunch, and the number of zeros in it is fifteen, and that is all it has ever meant here. If you decide to spend money on anything at all, spend only what you can lose in full without minding, and take your time. The queue is behaving well.
No connection to anyone.
Quadrillions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, licensed by, approved by or in any way connected to Digital Asset, the Canton Network, the Canton Foundation, Blockworks, the Quadrillions podcast, any bank, any institution, any exchange, any regulator, or anybody with a marble lobby. "Canton" and every other name on this site belongs to whoever owns it; we use such names only to say where a thing is, never to suggest that its owner knows we exist. Any resemblance between the Bureau and a real institution is coincidental, and drawn in ink.
Drawings and words.
The drawings, the characters, the forms and the words on this site were made for the community's own fun, and they stay that way. You are welcome to share them, with the name left on. Please do not sell them, put them on products, or use them to suggest an endorsement, an office or an authority that, as noted above, does not exist.
Typefaces: EB Garamond (SIL Open Font License) and General Sans (Fontshare, served by Fontshare under its licence).
No messages, no keys, no money.
The Bureau never DMs first. It never asks for keys, seed phrases, passwords or money, and it never announces a deadline. Anybody who does either is not the Bureau, whatever their spectacles look like. Please ignore that one, and take a biscuit.
Where to send the paperwork.
There is nowhere to send it. There is no office, no postbox and no inbox, and the desk closes at six. Questions, corrections and strongly worded memos go on the noticeboard, on the front page, where the whole community can read them. Everyone receives their own page. This is ours.
